We ship to most countries and regions worldwide (exceptions may apply to remote areas with limited logistics access; you’ll see a notification at checkout if your location is unavailable).​

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times​

  • Order Processing: We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays). Processing time does not include shipping days.​

3. Shipping Fees​

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight/value. We offer free shipping for eligible orders:​

  • International Orders: Free shipping on orders over US​50;feesstartatUS8 for orders under US$50 (exact fee shown at checkout).​

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are borne by the recipient. Please check your local customs rules for details.

4. Order Tracking​

Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to track your package (via our logistics partners’ platforms). You can also track your order by logging into your ontony.com account and navigating to “My Orders.”​

5. Important Notes​

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address (including postal code) at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect/missing address details.​
  • Package Issues: If your package is lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date—we’ll assist with inquiries or claims.​
  • Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to “recipient uncontactable” or “address unavailable,” we’ll notify you via email. You can choose to re-ship (additional shipping fee applies) or request a refund (minus original shipping costs).​
